Life Groups
What are Life Groups?
Life Groups at COTC are 8-15 people who regularly meet, eat, and walk through scripture together while applying it into their everyday lives. Groups will be challenged with the reality of what it looks like to be a disciple of Jesus, that will then go make disciples of Jesus.
Why we do Life Groups?
We do life groups because that is what we see Jesus do. Jesus picked 12 people and intentionally walked with them for three years. He taught, challenged, stretched, corrected, and built them up to ultimately release them and go do the same for others. Jesus beautifully modeled for us what it looked like to follow after him in relationship with others. Life is also too hard to try to get through it alone, we need other like minded people who are chasing after what we are.
